I will explain again what I have done.
I can not explain it every time someone ask because I am getting hundreds of questions and I will need a job to be doing it. Please, understand it. I am trying to help but this isn't my job.

I hope this time it be clear.

I had a serious candida case that battled with all the resources I could without to feel symptom free.

I am not an enema expert, neither the Nystatin enema creator. They are documented in the Yeast Syndrome Book written by Dr. John P. Trowbridge.

Since long time, I knew some old Curezone posters cured their terrible candida case using water enemas frequently. They were Remi96, Johnny Vegas, and others.

I reached a point where I decided to do the enemas. I began doing water enemas every other day for around 2 months. I was getting results and saw fungal colonies coming out. Later, I thought about adding Nystatin to my last round. Then, I began to do water enemas but the last round, when my colon was empty, I did one with only 6 ounces of water mixed with Nystatin. I don't expel it but hold it until the other day. I have used gravity putting my legs up to allow the solution goes deep. I don't know if it reach the cecum, transverse colon, or any other deeper part. What I know is that when I did it, the next enema brought a lot of fungal colonies out and I was feeling better and better progressively.
I don't know if your candida case is resistant to Nystatin or if you can do a Grapefruit-Seed-Extract , Tea Tree Oil, or any other substance enema. If you try them, it is your personal decision.
I didn't ask anybody how to do it but researched by myself how to do a proper enema (there are hundred of websites) and began to do it.
I also tried Sodium Bicarbonate enemas having good results. I did more retention enemas with Nystatin than with bicarbonate.

I hope this help you. This is the way I did it. More about it ?? I don't know. I am not a MD, neither an enema expert.

I only want to explain what I did to be symptom free. It was my decision of following Remi96 and Johnny Vegas path. Remi96 and Johnny Vegas didn't do Nystatin enemas as far as I know. The used only water. They claimed to be cured with it and aren't longer posting in this forum. Michelle ( Remi96) was 10 years battling it. According to her, there isn't another cure than the enemas.

Sorry, I won't be writing it again and again. I believe I have explained all.
