Tea tree oil enema!!! Need quick advice

How do you do an Oil Enema ? because the oil always remains at the surface of the water in the enema bag, and doesn't go deep in the colon, because it only comes out at the end of the enema, and only reaches a little part of the colon. Is there any procedure to get the oil to the cecum area, or at least the ascending colon?
