I take the acerola with my juiced veggies/fruit, or if i'm out of juice i will just take it in water.
i'm not sure what gives MORE vitamin c, I prefer the taste of the acerola powder, its very tart an sour and works good in my juice. amla isn't as good tasting. I take 2-3 tsp per day of acerola because my adrenals are very bad, i'm trying to build them back up.
