Can someone look at my stool and tell me what you think my problem is? Please help.

Yes, this is a picture of my stool and I took a picture of it yesterday because it looked very abnormally weird and I really need to help to figure out waht the hell is wrong with me. I have gotten an IgG food anti body test int he past and it showed I was allergic to basically everything except fruit, vegetables, meat, and tahts basically it. i have an immune response to many thinsg like gluten, all dairy, sugar cane, etc. plus it is abnormally shaped. it comes out in blocks where each block will be a different color and connected to each other, like parts of it will be green, parts of it will be yellow, sometimes red (i dont think its blood though, possibly undigested food). im going to try to go in tomorro to get a stool exam, we will see if i can get it. 

my hair is falling out now (im 22 male, 135lbs) and i just need help to figure out what is wrong with me.
