Wow, that's brave ;) I use to love steak before all my health issues. Now, I stick with more fish, tofu, and chicken breast for protein.
I only did two flushes so far but the second one wiped me out. I felt tired the next day. I probably lose about 4 lbs during the flush but gain about 2 back.
I also got nauseous in the middle of the night of my second flush.
Keep some ginger on hand and chew a piece if you get nauseous. That helped me. The bite from the ginger took away the nausea.
