When you take a break, meaning do you eat normally? I believe that you should follow the protocol of re-feeding. If you eat normal foods right away, your body gets a shock, you may not feel it, but it will. If you are just eating fruits and vegetables in moderation on weekends then it is fine.
Is it possible for you to just continue as long as you can? This way your body gets to clean itself instead of going in and out of ketosis, which is OK, but try to do two weeks re-feed for two weeks (as per protocol of re-feeding) then two weeks of fasting, or do ten days.
Keep up the fasting, great way to get rid of depression. Also after you finish your fasts, do liver flush, which helped me a lot to get rid of depression. It took only one flush for me, I was back to normal.
