have you tried any of the budwig protocol?

cold pressed flax mixed with quark or cottage cheese, this could be a good adrenal booster.

also, one of the lesser known parts of budwig is flax Oil Enema s. she said in her book that this had brought people back from the dead.

sesame Oil Enema s are also an ayurvedic procedure, i'm not sure if it is for cleansing or building though.
