I'm glad your Dr. doesn't think you have lupus! I'm sorry you still don't have an answer. Keep hanging in there. You might need more time than I have because your hormones are in a different state after having a baby.
I agree that just walking is a great thing for you. Just be sure to start out slow and build up very slowly and gradually as you're able to. I started in December when it was colder because heat intolerance has been such a struggle for me. I can tell that the heat doesn't bother me now as much as it used to, even though it's very hot. I am building up tolerance. Still, I have to stick to cooler times of the day to get out. It's just easier that way.
I agree with your last comment in your post about others who leave this forum. But I sure wish they'd come back and tell us how they are - even it's bad news. That's why I don't leave here. Besides I still have my bad days. I still need all of you!!!
