I just finished a good month and half of feeling quite good! At 2 1/2 years post, it's been my longest, strongest stretch of time yet. I've been running about 15 miles per week (about 3 miles at a time), and it has seemed to help more than anything. I've been working up to this level of exercise for the last 5 months, very slowly but surely. I felt 70-90% normal most days. I didn't feel very bad when my period came in there somewhere during that time.
However, right now I'm ovulating, and I'm being hit with the worst restless leg/body problems ever. Also feeling a bit shakier than normal, and my head feels tingly/carbonated. The restless feeling keeps me up for hours at night, and even bothers me during the day. Last night, for the first time in age, I was having trouble with feeling like I was getting a full breath last night. I was out of town last week and wasn't able to keep up with my running, so maybe that's part of it. I don't know. I dearly hope I'm not entering a rough patch again after feeling so good, but what will be will be. I'll just try to keep running and hope for the good to come back soon.
Have a great day everyone!
