People have been so nice in here to post what has and hasn't worked for them. If one thing doesn't work, then try another but NEVER give up. Sometimes a combination of things help.
Chlorophyll--I'll put about a tablespoon or a little more in an 8
oz. glass of water in the morning. If you put too much, especially at the beginning of taking chlorophyll, you'll be nauseous, have stomach cramps, and have to go to the bathroom. I only take chlorophyll in the morning and once in a while sip it throughout the day from a water bottle when my breath smells really bad after showering. When it does, I know it's going to be a bad day.
As for the fruits, apples made me really smell. Be observant. Try one fruit for a day and see how your body reacts to it. If you smell worse, that's a no no fruit. The next day, try another different fruit. Do not mix fruits on the same day so you can start figuring which ones give you BO and which don't.
