It's interesting that a lot of the foods that contain inositol are foods that we are told not to eat with AF, possibly creating a deficiency...
But they are also foods I personally ate a lot of un life before I got sick and my anxiety just got worse and worse, but I know that for me, copper was a big issue. Tweet
