Re: looking for some ideas

I did have one idea tht might help since you feel fat helps you how about using salba (chia seeds)

They are easy to consume, pun ch a powerful punch in a small package, are mucilaginous so will maybe help move thingsa along, have no taste and easier mic with any foods, and contain high amounts of healthy omega three oils having huge amounts of healthy fats. They are also a raw whole food seed.

Chia seeds are a superfood brimming with nutrients and the richest plant source of omega three fats.

They have a whopping 2700 mg of omega three fats per tbs.

The reason it might help you is it is a mucilaginous herbs and being slippery, it might help lubricate things but is healthier than a lot of fats.

They have no taste and so can be mixed into almost anything. they do slightly gel things depending on how much is added.

To make a tasty chia pudding

Put some in some plant milk and add a little raw agave and some fruits and if desired some raw nuts (chopped) or seeds. Stir--it will gel then on top, add some pretty fruits like kiwi and berries or strawberries.

Someone brought this to a rawluck (raw potluck) and it was so yummy and pretty. The caution though is this can make blood pressure too low so keeps tabs on it.

When one adds say half chia seeds and half mayo it cuts fat calories in half. If adding to apple juice 50-50, it cuts carbs in half so is a good diet aid as well.

I am assuming you did Dr Schulze intestinal cleanse #1 and #2 correctly several times?

what about researching some mucilaginous herbs

it also recommends looking at demulcent herbs

Some of these mucilage and demulcant herbs  are also foods.

Other are greens that could be added to green smoothies

maybe something here would be of help
