About the Antibiotics . The fact that Antibiotics helped you most likely means it's bacterial.

The questions that pop up are

1. What type of bacteria is it?
2. Where is it hiding?
3. What Antibiotic is most effective?
4. What should be the dose and for how long should we take it?

Doctors doing research on BO should look into that.
