My mother and her thyroid

Hello,

I had posted before that my mother was having thyroid problems. Well it seems the "nodules" on her thyroid that are causing hyperthyroidism and heart palpations are not acceptable. The doctor are going to have her take a radation pill!! to SWALLOW a radation pill into her body to destroy the thyroid tissue!

This is insane! i know the doctors want to do this just to save some money instead of doing surgery so they will try to give her a radiation pill?!

I have tried to convince her of OJ fasting, but she will never remove her fillings. Sigh,, I just don't know what to do..

Last time MH had said that without removing the fillings nothing could be cured.

and get this! the doctors say that after she takes the pill she has to stay away from people and animals for a few days! I can't believe this.. insanity..
