Have a look into enzyme therapy. If hypo T your enzyme activity are probably not up to par. This due to low body temperature and other factors.

Zinc,magnesium and vit B is very important as they are involved in about 100 % of all enzyme activity.
I would up my vit C intake; and take it several times a day. Vit C see to a reabsorbtion of iron from your colon, then you dont have to take that much iron. To much iron will interfere with zinc, I would balance these two; around 20-40 mg of each daily.
Vit E is a good thing too, help the storage of iron and works great with zinc and selenium
All the fat soluble vitamins in natural forms would help.
Last, but not least; I would add some boron to your program, like 8-18 mg daily. Your body cant balance hormones without it. + it activates vit D etc.

ps to have a therapeutic effect of boron you need it as a supplement. It is not enough in food; 1 kilo of apples with the core would only give the RDA of boron or thereabout.
