Everybody's biggest block to healing is themselves.  If they don't wish to heal, they won't no matter what they do.  It's a matter of spirit taking seniority over body. 

This is the only part of your post that I can agree with.

 

By the way, you didn't list your BMI.  Mine is 23.6 and yes, it's been difficult to get and stay there at times but it is well worth it.

What? Do you have a BMI fetish? Get over BMI. Try ATM instead.
