Re: Amoebic dysentery

arn you are a angel it is so kind of you to take the time to help me.I have a question about the food that I should take. For breakfast lunch and dinner to keep my strength up should I have rice and veggies and nothing else.I am not sure what other things would do the trick and dont have time to screw this up.What do you do for protein could I have a egg .. Here I have been led to believe a fast no dairy, meat and breads just fruit and veggies.I hear ya on how misled we are its a serious problem.I have to do some work and should eat some meals if I can.My priority is to take care of this problem first just thought I would ask these questions it seems you have information that is important to treating this.I am trying to think of foods that create the physical mass that would be good for this.Would black beans and rice be okay.Should I just have rice and veggies for my three meals Is there veggies that I shouldn't use.I feel like a kindergarten student with these questions just need to be sure to be very clear on this.thanks so much
