reason why it takes so long to cure ec!

just thought this was a really good read!
most important part is the picking of scabs! talks about how bad it is and this will cause the body longer to heal the wound and will also make the body scab more then once! think about how many times we have picked and peeled our dead skin or was it just skin trying to form a scab? you will notice when you do the leave it alone theory the lips go crazy for the first few cycles and form big ugly scabs! also the article talks about making sure the scab stay dry but then it also talks about cleaning it whihc makes sense if its on your normal skin not on your lips i would imagine. i guess the main thing i got out of this was from the start of your wound you should of left it and let the body do its thing. i wonder when i first began to bite the middle of my top lip if i would of just then left it and let the dead skin form a scab and fall off i wouldnt of gone through this crap! instead like a young dumb kid i just keeped biting it and biting it for about 2 months then bang ec broke out on my lips! anyways coming up to the end of my 7th week im excited because i know my lips are changing! read the link and let us know what you think. i post this because i am a believer some of us ec suffers have just wounds. well you get my point
