Hi Anne,
Lately I've been feeling like i just need to fast but I heard that if you have been eating cooked and concentrated foods for a while you should start with juice fasting because you body might be deptleted of some nutrients and Water Fasting is not a good idea. That made me reconsider what i wanted to do for a while but I guess I am going to listen to my body.
Did you do anything to get ready for the fast or you are just going to jump right in?
I would love a fasting buddy and do it with you.
