Hi ayla99,
I don’t have any experience with
juicing nor fasting. But as I understand WF helps a body to clean and balance itself; therefore it should fix chemical deficiencies in a brain as well. It seems to me that nature can do much better job relieving
Depression than me trying every day to fix myself with one of 30 types of supplements that I have. And as you said, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. Or sometimes I choose right, sometimes I don’t.
I’m not sure that
juicing would do the same thing. Based on what I read, the magic of fasting is based on ‘leave me alone, I’ll fix myself’ principle. But, that is what I read, I don’t have any experience.
However, I’m starting tomorrow and I have very good feeling about it. Perhaps because in the situation I found myself this is the best option and somehow very natural thing to do. Just thinking about that gives me some relief. It sounds like plan vs. endless why-this-is-happening-to-me crying.
I don’t have a doubt, it will be hell. But this is where I am now, so I don’t see I have much to lose. If for nothing it will give me time to compose myself and try to face life again.
If you decide to start WF as well, let me know so that we can compare notes.
Wish you best
Anne
