Thanks. I'm on Day 8. I'm actually surprised I lasted this long. If I wasn't so worried about my weight (which I'm caring less about now and more about healing) I could definitely do this for 30+ days I think.) I'm aiming at 30 days hopefully.
It's weird, only the first 2-3 days is hard. After that it's like your body normalizes or something. I don't get hungry at all.
I read the stages of juice fasting and they say days 8-14 is part of the healing process. Lets hope to see some results in this time ;)
