How about a getting a lung xray to start. It's less radiation than a CT scan.

Do you cough up mucus? If so, you could have your sputum cultured to see if anything fungal or bacterial grows. Make sure the lab cultures your sample for at least 4 weeks, otherwise fungus may not grow, if it's in there. Tweet
