I posted before. I wanted to change one of the forums and didn't know how, so I am starting over.
Here's what I've got going on, after an exposure 2 years ago from a home repair project in Berkeley. Would like some help with the following:
1. Lungs: Pain. I think it's mainly from the traffic exhaust or something still on my stuff, even though I have very little. I keep most things outside, including some clothes, and I wash things like crazy. Luckily I have a washing machine, although no dryer and I use the sun a lot to eradicate whatever it can.
It's like a tightness or just pain. When I extend and put my arms back, to try to stretch my chest (and I think I am stretching my lungs), it feels tight, sometimes dry, and I assume the tightness is in my lungs and there is some inelasticity that should not be there.
I read about it. Googled symptoms and what I knew before, and think it could be scarring around the alveoli. One time I couldn't sleep and it hurt like hell on every in-breath. I think I did some damage from breathing in all that gook from the old house, even though I moved (and in a dumb move, I had brought a lot of it with me).
I probably need a computerized topography scan or something. Will look into where I can get one around here. I think of all low-tech things I can do. Laughing. Drinking lots of water. I wish there was a comedy club here (in English of course). I think I'll rent some comedies, as I read that healed someone with a terminal disease.
2. My head: Buzzing feeling, occasionally an odd cold feeling.
Sometimes I feel like I am rag doll, as it can be hard to move my arms and legs. This usually happens when I am in bed.
I read from another post about neurotoxins. I think that might be part of it and how I can get some of the items out here. Today, when I woke up, head felt weird. I took my head off the pillow case, as pillows and bedding came with this house I am renting, and there was a dark stain under on the pillow. I think a previous renter sweated something out.
I washed the pillow cases and left the naked pillows in the sun. We'll see what happens tonight.
3. And the rest: Sorry it's long:
- Ongoing diarrhea, for 1-2 months. I think it's from raw foods, like salads. Occasionally it is loose stools
- Enlarged lymph node on right side of my neck
- Trouble holding my weight (this is not new).
- Today, pain in the left and right areas under the outside of the collarbones. Usually this happens after I clean, which I did. Dust, dirt, or something gets in there. I think it's a lymph node 'cluster', and something doesn't fight it's intrusion into my body.
- Some fatigue, weakness.
- Sometimes sinusitis (I guess that's what it's called) when I wake up.
- Left ear tinnitus.
- An ongoing issue of foot fungus - I will try vinegar to clean and oil em up at night.
Here's what I am doing:
- I eat pretty healthy. 90+% vegan, occasional chicken/fish.
- I ride a rented bike.
- I keep my feet clean
- I work on reflexology points on my feet
- I 'scrape' my lung meridian with medium pressure to activate some healing (per Linda Page's Healthy Healing book)
- Self massage - mainly neck and shoulders
- Breath work
- I work with an acupuncturist. Had 5 sessions, helped a little. Got rid of a bump or the of an infection under my skin in my head.
- Keep my anxiety down, even I have no job and no income. Thank God for my self-created retirement fund.
This is what I take:
- Spirulina
- Tumeric
- Chinese pills for kidneys - for tinnitus
- Chinese pills for diahreah
- Moringa - it grows like crazy around here.
Plans/thoughts:
I plan to add more yoga and look for and use a copy of P90X for exercise - no real gyms here. There's one, but I don't like it.
I figure I might be able to heal if I:
- were super alkaline
- continue to work with the lung and brain/head meridians
- continue to do deep breathing
- do more cardiovascular work - more bike riding, fast walking, jogging
