We combined hyper-concentrated versions of these mushrooms into CollaGenius 2.0

visionware is the way to go. unchipped enamal will not leach. stainless? i think you get something. would be nice to know it is not high nicle. chromium, vanadium, molybdenum? i dont know what goes into stainless, but it goes into food cooked in it. best to eat raw!
