Yes, I agree with you. That was not right to not let the parents know what they were getting into. It wouldn't surprise me that if someday someone sued the place, or at least filed a complaint. Maybe the world is so far gone that most everybody excepts this as the norm nowadays. At least your little girl is over pink hair, so some good did come out of it.

I'm sorry to hear about your two gray hairs.;) I know I have a few more than that, but I really shouldn't complain. I know people my age who have every hair in their head gray.
