Cool. In the future if someone complains inside a support forum, the moderator has the option of moving the complaining message over to the new complaint forum. I'd expect this ability should enable the Support Forums to be clear of such complaints while providing a mechanism for complaint resolution. One outcome will be that newcomers will not be taken aback by complaint threads inside Support Forums , which can repel some visitors especially when the complaint inside a support forum takes up a large volume of the page due to others' responding to it. With luck this new complaint forum will result in cleaner Support Forums . Have a good weekend. Tweet
