1) A gentle introduction to coconut oil is to use it when making curries. It adds a really nice flavour.
2) Ghee has quite a distinct taste, but is yummy. I sometimes use it in muffins.
3) I made my first coconut kefir yesterday and am waiting for it to ferment - will report back when I've tried it.
4) I love Apple Cider Vinegar. It just tastes like normal vinegar to me. Some people suggest drinking it with water, but if you're new to it I would suggest that you try it in your salad dressings first.
I love the idea of people going out to eat with a little BED kit in their handbags! I've even heard of a straw that you can keep in your bag which filters tap water as you drink!
