What you said here...
Elimination Diets are great, you could try making your staple foods brown rice, chicken breast, and plenty of raw and cooked vegetables, as these are some of the safest foods and the least likely to cause inflammation.

is actually alot of what I have left to eat after eliminating so much. :) And it seems to be helping me a ton.

I never thought about my intestines being inflammed. I am going to look more into that as well.

For fruits right now I am just sticking to the sour fruits and some raspberries/blueberries/black berries. I still want to eat fruit where I can but am not over doing it. Been mainly eating them on an empty stomach in the morning in a green smoothie with spinach leaves etc.
