ARL Results came in

My results show:
Slow oxidizer
Cal/mag ratio: 10.86
Cal/potassium ratio: 76.00(sky high)
Sodium/mag ratio: 1.14
sodium/potassium ratio: 8.00
zinc/copper ratio:14.55
Cal/phosphorus ratio: 4.47
(all of the above were low except for Calcium,magnesium, and phosphorus)

Mercury elevated at 0.052
Aluminum elevated at 0.34

minerals(nickel, cobalt etc.) are all in low range.

I am in the resistance stage of stress.
Impaired sugar/carb tolerance.
Adequate protein synthesis.
Impaired digestion.
Parasypathetic state.
impaired immune system
liver and kidney stress.
significant tendency for inflammation.
decreased cell permeability
Lots of info and all very scary to me. Does anyone have similar patterns or any thoughts , insight with your own analysis?
