Cal/potassium ratio: 76.00(sky high)
Sodium/mag ratio: 1.14
sodium/potassium ratio: 8.00
zinc/copper ratio:14.55
Cal/phosphorus ratio: 4.47
(all of the above were low except for Calcium,magnesium, and phosphorus)
Mercury elevated at 0.052
Aluminum elevated at 0.34
minerals(nickel, cobalt etc.) are all in low range.
I am in the resistance stage of stress.
Impaired sugar/carb tolerance.
Adequate protein synthesis.
Impaired digestion.
Parasypathetic state.
impaired immune system
liver and kidney stress.
significant tendency for inflammation.
decreased cell permeability
Lots of info and all very scary to me. Does anyone have similar patterns or any thoughts , insight with your own analysis?

This is a reply to # 1,950,319Lalobear- Thanks for sharing your results. My ratio's were quite off too when I started. It looks scary but the diet and supplements should turn you around. Things will slowly improve over time. I'm sure it is good to confirm how you have been feeling with these results. Helps to confirm what we have been feeling all along.
You are in the resistance stage which is better than the exhaustion stage like I was in when I started.

This is a reply to # 1,950,325I was suggested the same things! But, the Remamine and Selium were optional. I was also asked to take more ZINC.
I forgot to mention, I had stopped the Isocort and am now back on it and stopped all my meds except the Remeron.

I haven't started them just yet. I ordered them Saturday. They should arrive today / tomorrow.
I'm excited as long as it will help me heal. My practitioner said that we could see results in days / weeks as far as starting to feel better.

This is a reply to # 1,950,358If you don't mind sharing, who is your practitioner ? I'm curious about your taking the Isocort along with the ARL supps, thanks. Mine told me I should just take the Endomet stuff, along with some other vitamins and digestive support. I keep feeling like my adrenals need more support than they are getting.

This is a reply to # 1,950,319I am a Nutrition Consultant/Herbalist and I read the tests from Analytical Research Labs as well. (
Your test is not as bad as you think but I would add a supplement that I think would help you a lot. ThyroComplex. The reason is your Ca/K is high and that is usually related to your thyroid (hypothyroidism). I have been on the program as well and Endomet Labs supplements are excellent. You also have Adrenal insufficiency (Na/Mg) but most people do. Do not be scared because the program will help you get well.
