For me what helped is ,No perfume,crystal rock deodorant,tea tree oil body wash,Crest regular tooth paste, Listerine,Trader's Joe probiotic,activated charcoal right after meal and FODMAP diet.
No perfumed or chemical.Go natural and organic.No fast food or packaged product.Cook clean yourself.Try Gluten free as well.Vit C also helps but irritates my stomach.I am looking for a kind that doesn't hurt me.
It helped a lot.I also have IBS.I feel like it contributes to my odor. Chlorophyll doesn't work for me.
