What is Drink 3-4 tbs of ACV ?

I have also started to use a home remedy

1) cummin seeds
2) cloves
3) black cardamom
4) white cardamom
5) Cinnamon sticks
6) Ginger
7) Garlic

all mixed together and boiled in the water, later half a lemon is squeezed & pudina (mint) is mixed in the potion.

i am drinking these 3 times a day.
