1) Apple cider vinegar
2) Castor oil
3) Pau Darco tea
4) Echinacea goldenseal root
5) Walnut tinchure
6) Garlic oil extract
7) lemon juice in water with pepper.

I have booked an appointment with ENT am not sure when that is, hopefully will get that soon,

I have been using peroxide in the ear not too often but will try that from now on every day as see how it goes,

i have stopped smoking my energy levels are increasing by the day..
