I received the original information from CZ's Godshealth and have not received anything back when I asked questions.
Since you seem to know some about this I was wondering what one should avoid in order to keep glutathione levels up. When I did a search on this all I found is that Acetaminophen depletes glutathione, other than a prescription that is specifically used for glutathione depletion.
I also found that in addition to Godshealth's list of things and your list of coffee enema, plain old coffee can increase glutathione.
Do you know of what kinds of things actually deplete glutathione?
