hi wingwalker, thanks for visiting my CZ blog, can you share with me in detail, what you did to expel the worms? you mentioned cayenne pepper? How much of it and how frequent? how did you make the garlic enema? I have had a lot of sleepless nights as I thought Humawworm is too gentle for me.. such that I only agitate the worms .. I expel a few, but I know there are lots more.. I also have a pot belly.. I have cramping too... Its the 5th day of my menstruation, and I only have some spotting now.. I have made 2 loose bowels today, but did not bother to look if I have expelled anything..
