I had the craziest experience today while doing a pre-coffee cleansing enema with baking soda and celtic Sea Salt . Prior to the cleansing enema my intestines felt as if they were burning from cayenne pepper. I take cayenne pepper so I was like, ok whatever, and proceeded with my enema plan.
When I evacuated the cleansing enema, the toilet bowl was filled with a cups worth of white-clear worms in clumps that looked like glass or bean thread noodles. There were many other strange things there as well but the worms... were WORMS!!!!! I continued to pass this stuff for about 45 minutes and then did the coffee enema which also yielded equal amounts of worms and gooseflesh.
I did not set out to pass parasites. I have cranial hyperhidrosis and have been on a quest to remedy the sweating, along with a terrible, preggos looking pot belly that despite loads of exercise and "dieting', I've not been able to shake. I thought it was hormonal. So anyway, I have been on round 2 of a dual Bowel Cleanse by Nature's Secret that I got from Vitacost; I knew I needed some herb cleansing action and it was affordable and the ratings were positive. So be it.
Additionally I started Lugol's 2% supplementation on May 19th. I started at one drop a day and since I wasn't experiencing any side effects, started raising the dose daily. I am currently at 8 drops a day.
And lastly, I've been doing castor oil packs and skin brushing w/ hot and cold showers every other day. On Sunday May 28th, I drank 3 tbsp of castor oil and equal amounts OJ in the AM for a "castor oil flush". Well not much happened that day, just 2 small movements. It must have been doing it's work though because it paid off today when the slugs came out in droves. Gross gross gross. I am sickened and totally ecstatic at once.
Thankfully Curezone is here to listen because I definitely do not have any friends to relay this cleansing experience to or know anyone that would share in my expelling-some-parasites-joy.
After the coffee enema I did a fresh garlic enema and the worms continued to flow. Afterward, I took double the Nature's Secret dose, some oregano oil, more Iodine and some liver herbs and then PROMPTLY ordered some Humaworm.
Beyond that, I do not know what to do to keep these pests going through the out door.... I knew I had parasites but I didn't TOTALLY KNOW I had parasites. Crazy crazy day.

It is an odd feeling to find they have been in there, but then also, it's kinda a relief to find what was causing your issues isn't it? That is how I felt, after 24 hours of psychosis following the discovery.

This is a reply to # 1,945,165Completely. I've known for years that I am not overweight because I eat poorly and/or do not exercise. I knew there was another reason, something difficult to pinpoint and today I discovered a big part of the equation! But now that I know and it involved myself being a host, it's very strange. I just hope I can beat them at their parasitic game!
My worms were not large. Probably a variation of 2 to 3 inches. Do I need to prepare myself for the moms n pops then?

Yep, unless it's the adults you are getting out in pieces, that happens. With roundworm, it's not always easy to tell, sometimes they don't have distinct ends to them.
The best advice I can give you is to keep doing exactly what you are doing, (as long as you feel ok of course). Keep going long after you feel better, maybe switch cleanses or protocols and take short breaks if you need to.
The first time I got totally clear, I got a bunch out the first couple of days in clumps, then over the next 2.5 months, I got many out daily and felt like they were all gone. I didn't keep cleansing, and in three months they came back, and it wasn't as easy to kill them as the first time. I think the first time you cleanse/kill them, they are not resistant to anything, and are taken by surprise. Sounds silly but I believe it. After they repopulate, seems like they start hiding better.
Like you, I had unexplained weight gain in the years leading up to my discovery. I gained lots and probably had under 1000 calories daily. It didn't make sense. Then later, I lost a bunch. There is no rhyme/reason to these things. Hope you have continued success and feel much better soon. Please post updates.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,945,183It sounds like the extra cayenne made you expel the bugs initially.
You are indeed having success killing bugs, however usually people in a parasite cleanse will also use either clove or Colloidal Silver to kill the eggs. In addition, to get blood borne bugs, a zapper is essential.
Humaworm has worked for many, including me.
What has worked for me and some others for those who want to try something natural, plus much other info re candida, mercury, etc. which, like parasites, are often in the body but not suspected.

Re the topic of enemas sometimes mentioned in the link above, I am adding a personal feeling of caution about colonics - professionally done high colonic enemas. I have seen them really depleting people's energy, though some really like them. They do flush out a lot of good bacteria & probiotics along with the junk.
There is really no data that I know of to show that good bacteria can be replaced by over the counter supplements, or even things like acidophilus yogurt, kefir etc., after such a highly invasive wash of the intestines. (You can tell if your yogurt or kefir has live probiotics by adding a heaping tbsp. to regular milk, then letting it sit for 8 -16 hours. If it’s the real stuff the milk will thicken and give you more yogurt or kefir.) Maybe so, maybe no, but there is new info coming out that low probiotics in the gut can cause things like Depression (see Dr. Mercola & Dr. Marsha Campbell’s Youtube vid for example) and even possibly things like autism if the mother's probiotics are too low and she doesn't pass enough onto her baby in the birth canal or through her milk.
There are other ways to clean out the intestines, for example some like Blessed Herbs, some like Oxypowder . Simply adding more roughage & drinking more water can be effective.
I'm no expert on any of that, just presenting what I worry may be a potential hazard. Mho.

hi wingwalker, thanks for visiting my CZ blog, can you share with me in detail, what you did to expel the worms? you mentioned cayenne pepper? How much of it and how frequent? how did you make the garlic enema? I have had a lot of sleepless nights as I thought Humawworm is too gentle for me.. such that I only agitate the worms .. I expel a few, but I know there are lots more.. I also have a pot belly.. I have cramping too... Its the 5th day of my menstruation, and I only have some spotting now.. I have made 2 loose bowels today, but did not bother to look if I have expelled anything..Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,946,924I had just done a gentle Bowel Cleanse and was (well am on and off) taking 2 cayenne pepper caps a day. I also supplement Lugol's 2 percent 8 drops daily.
The eve prior to seeing the worm bundles I did a castor oil pack for 2 hours (relaxes me btw and sometimes helps constipation). The following am I did a cleansing enema of baking soda and Sea Salt and I saw the worms then. I followed that up with a coffee enema and a garlic enema and the worms continued to flow. The next day I did not see any. That's about it. I am now on day 9 of Humaworm parasite cleansing and have strange, sharp limb pains, some heart palpitations intermittently, bloating and constipation. I eat fiber, do enemas, exercise, rest, supplement garlic-vitamin c-ashwagandha-b complex-multivitamin, do skin brushing, castor oil packs, activated charcoal poultices... Its hard keeping up with/remembering all of these things sometimes,haha. Honestly, who knows what is and isn't working. Did I say I haven't yet really experienced die off?

that's amazing routine you have. Am on annual leave until Monday, but is alone in the house with my 6 year old daughter, (my parents are away) and also managing house renovation --so its quite hard to keep up even with just the daily enema. HOwever, all the house work and the tropical weather in my area, makes me sweat (so hope it helps with the detox). I will try to squeeze in castor oil pack tomorrow night, if we can sleep in my house already (the paints are still quite smelly so- we have been sleeping over in friends/relatives houses.
I would probably try the baking soda/salt enema, followed by coffee enema.. then garlic enema.. whew that sounds like alot, but Id really want to see some parasites in the bowl --Advertisement
