I've never recommended anybody take iodine, except under a physician's care as lots of folk including BnG know, my recommendations are for folks to read read read, because reading can't hurt and because each case is so different and there's no way anyone can know over the internet about a person's individual stuff. When I see those having large cranial girths trying to be know it alls and telling folks what's right for them without knowing much more than an internet name and a couple symptoms, I shrug.

What I've learned is that statistically, most folk can supplement themselves with Iodine but there's always that 1% or 2% or whatever that run into trouble for whatever reasons. So it appears that for most folk its ok so long as one is not among the tiny unlucky percentage. Is it you ? Is it the next guy ? I don't know, and can't know. But, I do know that you can read, read, read. You might just find what to do :)

Statistically, you're probably going to be ok in the long run, the vast majority of people report great benefits from Iodine supplementation, far as I can tell. Maybe keep that positive thought in mind as you read. I often prayed for the Lord to guide me to the best truth for myself, and I think He did on many occasions. Tweet
