Thank you for your input and the stupid thing, i just figured out 12.5 mg of iodoral is 50 mg, and i only take a quarter and Steve on the board recommends 100 full pill i guess, i am cautious as since i was so depleted in Iodine urine test 23percent and bromide 13.5 i was told to start slowly i took kelp for 2 months and iodoral the past 3 weeks and at a 1/4 very hard on detox took a half this week and omg thought i was dying , so it is very scary, thank god you brilliant people are here or i would have thought for sure i was dying, i am scared to go to half or a hundred yet, did salt water this morning an it really did help, steve said do really do the job i should do 100 , just have been told i could go into hyper thyroid if i don't go slow, and thoughts on that one ,,,thanks so much for your words ,,,smiles Linda Tweet
