TOOK FLAX SEED OIL, POOPED CENTIPEDE: edited by a fan

This is brilliant and shows a lot of discipline to knock out some centipede-looking parasite. It wasn't just the flax seed oil...I've edited this post a bit to make it easier to read. GBU!

Hello there!
My vitamins—flaxseed oil and other stuff—have all arrived. Upon arrival, I took 2 doses of flax seed oil (1000 mg). Before that I was eating bread and my stomach was grumbling and making lots of noise even though I wasn’t hungry. One month back I did a Colon Cleanse with psyllium husk for maybe 2 or 3 weeks and then rested. But nothing abdominal happened, nothing in the bowel movement/BM, just a super long loose stool.
Just a few days back I was doing a gallbladder/liver cleanse. OMG! I released the most foul smelling diarrhea, liquid stool. I almost fainted at my own foul-smelling diarrhea stink. BUT I DID RELEASE SOME STONES! lols…Then today around 12+ am (5-24-12) I took 2 doses of flax seed oil in a softgel (1000mg). The weird thing is less than 5 min later I was having small [plaettes?] stool but it smelled almost like diarrhea. The first time I went to the toilet nothing much happened. WHEN I WIPED IT DIDN’T SMELL FOUL. The second time after taking the flax seed oil there’s this centipede in my toilet!!! I WAS LIKE, “WTF!” Previously with all my cleanses, even though I took Candida Clear (N.O.W. brand) I had nothing unusual come out. But now flax seed oil…And it’s weird. Before that I used tissue the first time to wipe after going #2 with not much foul smell. Now after taking flax seed oil IT’S SUPER FOUL SMELLING WHEN I WIPE. I EVEN USE WARM WATER TO WASH THERE.  AND I CAN STILL SMELL IT AND IT HAS SOME BLACK DOTS. I THINK THESE COULD BE EGGS. FCUK. I HAD JUST BEEN FASTING THE WHOLE MONTH. I DIDN’T TAKE ANYTHING UNUSUAL, JUST THAT MY DAD ALWAYS BUYS BAO (SOME CHINESE BREAD) ONCE IN A WHILE. AND I ONLY EAT IT ON SAT AND SUN CUZ HE ALWAYS BUYS FOOD ON THESE TWO DAYS.
MY QUESTION IS,

CAN I UP THE DOSEAGE OF FLAXSEED OIL SOFTGEL> MINE IS (1O0OGM) TML I SHALL UP THE DOSGAGE BY 3 SOFTGEL. I WAN TO KILL THEM ALL!! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAVE WHATEVER UR CALL THAT. I DUN KNOW WHAT IS THAT. AFTER TAKING THIS MY BODY I GUESS IS KILLING SOME OF THEM, MY BODY FEEL ITHCY,I GUESS IS DIE OFF SYMPTOMS? ANY WAY, AFTER TAKING I HAVE A WHITE RECTAL DISCHARGE WHITE. LAST TIME IT WAS LIGHT GREEN OR LIME GREEN.

After taking my stomach has stopped grumbling after the 2nd flush. though there's still some growling but not as loud as other ppl can heard. :)

1) I GUESS I'VE FOUND MY RIGHT VITAMIN OR ANTI FUNGAL WHATEVER UR CALL THAT LOLS. AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH $$ ON USELESS STUFF..

2) HOW MANY CAN I TAKE PER DAY? 6-9 per day? I WANT TO START IN SLOWLY. GET MY BODY USED TO IT. LATER IF I TAKE THE SOFTGEL TOO FAST THEY WON'T DIE, RIGHT?

3) How long do you take the flax seed oil softgel before you cure ur leaky gut?

TOMORROW MORNING I WILL TAKE 3 SOFTGEL AND WE WILL WHAT WILL HAPPEN. :)


I WANT TO SELL MY CANDIDA CLEAR HEH. CAN OR NOT? OR IF NOT IS IT OK TO TAKE IT?

spent $134++ (sg $$) on this!)

1) garlic (odorless)
2) chlorella
3) Candida Clear
4) l-glutamine. (i guess i will take that after i finished 3 or 4 weeks of taking flax seed).

The new items i bought arrived.
This all is JARROW FORMULA brands.
1) cranberry
2) flax seed oil softgel (1000mg)
3) vitamin c caps.
4) milk thistle (silyman) i haven taken this yet.

Must i do a fast while taking flax seed oil? And milk thistle?

I think I will fast, i don’t want "them" to survive! lol… i will be drinking water only…
