TOOK FLAX SEED OIL, AFTER THAT SAW A CENTIPEDE AFTER I DO #2.. :s

my vitamins / flaxseed oil and other stuff have all arrive. upon arrvial, i took 2 dose of flax seed oil(1000gm) before that i was taking bread. and my stomach was grumbling and making lots of noise even though i wasn't hungry... ~.~ before 1 month back i did a Colon Cleanse with pyllisum husk. maybe for 2 or 3 weeks. then rested. but nothing abodimal happened in bowel. just super long loose stool. just a few days back, i was doing gallbladder/liver cleanse, omg. i relase the most foul smelling diarreah stool (liquid) i almost fainted of my own foul diarreah smell. BUT I DID REALSE SOME STONES. lols.. :( then today just around 12am+ (24/5) i took 2 dose of flax seed oil softgel (1000g) the weird thing is less den 5mins i was having small plaettes stool but smell almost like diraeeha too..
1st time i went to toilet nothing much happened. WHEN I WIPE IT DOSEN'T SMELL TO FOUL. 2nd time after taking the flax seed oil, there's this centipedie in my toilet!! I WAS LIKE WTF.. previously all my cleanse, even though i took candida clear (now brands) also nothhing unusal come out. but now flax seed oil. and it's weird. and before that when i used tissue the first time to wipe after doing no2, not much of foul smelling! NOW after taking flax seed oil IT'S SUPER FOUL SMELLING. WHEN I WIPE. I EVEN USE WARM WATER TO WASH THERE. :( AND I CAN STILL SMELL IT. WITH SOME LIKE BLACK DOTS., I THINK COULD BE THE EGGS. FCUK.. I WAS FASTING THE WHOLE MONTH. DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING UNUSAL. JUST THAT MY DAD, ALWAYS BUY BAO( SOME CHINESE BREAD) ONCE IN A WHILE, AND I ONLY EAT ON SAT AND SUN,, COZ HE ALWAYS BUY FOOD ON THIS TWO DAYS.

MY QUESTION IS,

CAN I UP THE DOSEAGE OF FLAXSEED OIL SOFTGEL> MINE IS (1O0OGM) TML I SHALL UP THE DOSGAGE BY 3 SOFTGEL. I WAN TO KILL THEM ALL!! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAVE WHATEVER UR CALL THAT. I DUN KNOW WHAT IS THAT. AFTER TAKING THIS MY BODY I GUESS IS KILLING SOME OF THEM, MY BODY FEEL ITHCY,I GUESS IS DIE OFF SYMPTOMS? ANY WAY, AFTER TAKING I HAVE RETCUM DISCHARGE WHITE) LSAT TIME WAS LIGHT GREEN OR LIME GREEN.

after taking my stomach has stop grumbling after the 2nd flush. though there's still some. but not as loud as other ppl can heard. :)

1) I GUESS I'VE FOUND MY RIGHT VITAMIN OR ANTI FUNGAL WHATEVER UR CALL THAT LOLS. AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH $$ ON UNLESS STUFF..

2) HOW MANY CAN I TAKE PER DAY? 6-9 per day? I WAN TO PUT IN SLOWLY. GET MY BODY USED TO IT. LATER TAKE THE SOFTGEL TOO FAST THEY WON'T DIE RIGHT?

3) how long did ur took the flax seed oil softgell before u cure ur leaky gut?

4) l-gluatmine. (i guess i will take that after i finished 3 or 4 weeks of taking flax seed.

the new items arrive. which i bought.
this all is jarrow fomuarl brands.
1) cranberry
2) flax seed oil softgel (1000gm)
3) vitamin c caps.
4) milk thisle (silyman) i haven took this yet.

must i do a fast while taking flax seed oil? and milk thisle?

i think i shall fast, i dun wan "them" to survive! lols.. i will be drinking water only..
