i'm just not dealing with a recent death very well
i've been using caffeine and sleeping aides as a way to cope (for the past 3 days) but i'd like to cease all of these things and try water-only fasting for 5, 7 or 10 days
i'm really not sure which
i have done a 7 day water-only fast a few years ago
i was depressed before the death, now i just feel completely empty.
i'm not expecting miracles, maybe just some mental clarity.
