I'm still alive! My 'die-off' symptoms (if that's what they are) have mostly subsided. I've continued to have a mild headache and muscle aches, but they are not as noticeable as a couple of days ago by any means. Yesterday night and today I've had a return of some level of gas though, as I did drink alcohol and ate a significant amount of carbs. I also didn't take as much of the Daktarin (Miconazole) yesterday as I should have. I'm back on track today so far. This weekend it'll have been 1 week since I started, so I'll update again tomorrow or Sunday.

I do have a single tablet of Fluconazole (generic Diflucan) designed for treating vaginal thrush in one hit, and currently I'm thinking of taking that at the end of the two week Lufenuron cycle, before starting the second cycle.

After the second cycle and the 2-day Fluconazole treatment is done, I have a bottle of 30 Ketoconazole (generic Nizoral) tablets in the cupboard also which I may take.

All the time I'm doing five-lac, kefir, and 'trying' to eat less carbs. Tweet
