It seems that after weeks of high ph showing up in urine that eventually blood would also show higher ph.

Nope, it does not work that way.  The pH of the blood can shift quickly, but it will be adjusted just as quickly back to normal if the person is healthy.  The reason is the body's main means of pH regulation is respiration.  Not diet:
