I feel like i'm returning to my normal self little by little BUT believe that my stomach now is the last issue. I tried doing digestive bitters but the alcohol in it was not good for me right now.
My issue is the following:
food in stool.
green stool and not solid.
stomach feels like its burning at night. Like its sunburned inside.
I was told to add HCL along with stuff to help digest the food but am scared the HCL may have made thing worse?
I'm now thinking of starting mastig gum for inflammation and L-glutamine to heal my stomach. I'm taking a lot of pro-biotics and kefir.
Also, what is good to help recover skin collagen loss? Vitamin C?
I really want to regain my stomach and i know my doctor will tell me to start on prilosec if I can't figure this out.
