Re: Calcium channel blocker
the parathyroid gland is the master controller for calcium metabolism. hazel parcells used to prescribe parathyroid glandular to all of her patients with calcium irregularities.
for some people gluten is not negotiable, you just have to avoid it.
some people can get around it with sprouting or sourdough which somehow mitigates the effects even though gluten is still present.
raw dairy seems to do very well for a lot of people with casein issues.
elevated liver enzymes = clogged liver. by the time your liver enzymes are elevated then there is a lot of congestion. you need to address this either herbally, with liver flushes, or any which way that restores your bile flow.
this is just my opinion concerning clogged livers: people begin their congestion very early in life, sometimes childhood. it can take years or decades for serious illness to present, but it always will when the liver is filled with garbage and not expelling bile. by the time it shows on tests or from obvious symptoms, doctors will rarely look to the liver as a primary cause because so many other systems are out of balance, ie adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, skin issues, bowel issues. when the liver congestion becomes chronic and symptomatic then chronic illness sets in and then the liver enzymes will shut down as a protective measure so that your liver does not explode. this is even harder for doctors to detect because they can plainly see from their tests that your liver is in perfect shape due to lack of elevated enzymes.
in today's world, with your body's main organ of detoxification unable to expel the horrendous mix of chemicals and toxins, it is a virtual certainty that disease will set in.
moreover, in reagards to health what is considered normal these days really belongs in a dystopian
Science fiction novel, and not as common operating procedure from doctors and hospitals. this, especially with regard to liver function.
