it has gotten much better during the past two years, but probably that is due many factors. but, avoiding foods that irritate my body is still key. muscle testing for foods may really help you. eating eggs can be like pouring gasoline on my skin (from the inside). has to do with digestion, energy issues, immune issues and other 'unidiscovered' stuff that is still going on. so, in short, try to muscle test for food compatibility.
