Having a real rough day - Vervain

Started sipping real vervaine and blue vervaine yesterday. Today i am basically a cripple. All my muscles ache, severe lower back pain, pain behind the eyes, frontal lobe presssure, extremely cold feet, fever/chills, loose stool, nauseous.

Using dmsa, ala, mag/pot aspartates, cilantro, gold leaf, reverse alch, msm, salt, vit c, iodine, ip6, manganese, malt.

Haven't eaten anything all day, just a glass of raw milk and some scd yogurt. It's been painful searching through posts today and im a little confused on a few things, hoping someone can shed some light.

While sipping vervaine, should i be running just the pineal script? Ive found posts that say to run vervaine freqs, psychic attachments, and all the Tapeworm scripts, but not sure if those posts are outdated.

I read vervaine tincture is not heat stable, will having a hot tub affect the vervaine? The hot tub really helps my body aches and cold feet. I have borax, h202, epsom, salt in my hot tub.

Are coffee enemas recommended while on the vervaine? Id love to do one, just uncertain if it would be wise.

All the frequencies i ran yesterday and today, i have ran numerous times before and have had no herxing. This vampire juice definitely uncovered a mess. I almost regret taking it, im in such agony.

Also have the T2 with tapped contacts on in my pocket or on the back of my neck whenever i can.
