I like the idea of possibly consulting with- spacing her name now- the nurse in the Northwest you mentioned. I was reluctant to consider using her as my main person, because she is so far away, and I don't know that my insurance would cover her prescribing.

BTW, just curious, who would you say is the "absolutely best doctor around?" :-)
