Re: Osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and COPD...help for my mom!!!
She is currently using two inhalers for her COPD, one is corticosteroids.
The corticosteroids will make the rheumatoid arthritis worse as well as the COPD. osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. The steroids can make the person feel better by reducing the inflammation and suppressing the immune system, but they make the underlying conditions worse by suppressing the adrenals, nutrient loss and bone loss.
Licorice root and yucca root are safer alternatives that actually help to correct the problems.
I want her to get rid of this one ( is it possible?!?) and try LDN( low dose neltrexone) therapy.
I have heard reference to but never looked in to the use of Naltrexone for autoimmunity. So I have no opinion on it.
Serapeptasse or/and other enzymes first
You have to be careful with many enzymes as some can create problems.
Nettles
Rose hips
Fish oil
Coconut oil
Some vit d3
Vitamin D3 is not just for bones, it also helps with autoimmune conditions.
Vit K2
All of those are excellent, especially the nettle leaf and rosehips, which will also supply silica and vitamin C.
Magnesium
Not all magnesium is the same. Look for malate or citrate. Avoid magnesium oxide.
Strontium
Boron
Calcium mainly from food sources , almonds, parsley, etc.
These are all good for the bones, but will not do much of anything unless the collagen matrix is restored.
Multi vit
Chang Shan ( just learnt about it)
I'm sure I'm missing something....
I'll add more as I remember
Hydrogen peroxide
Sell food, for oxygen?
Peroxide is very slow to take effect. It takes about 9 months of building up a tolerance to see results. Ozone is faster and more effective, even if simply drunk in water.
Dairy free/Gluten free diet
she doesn't want to stop eating nightshades
Light walking
Contrast therapy on hip and joints
