Osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and COPD...help for my mom!!!

Hello,
I need your help.
My Mom is taking only inhalers for the COPD
All conditions are in advanced form.
I want to help her with all Of these conditions and to at least stop the process.

I welcome any suggestion for supplements/herbs/ sport!
She went thru so much, I hate to see her suffer.
Please help her!
